A dashboard tells a supervisor how the floor is doing. It does not give an agent something to read and act on. Xperia produces that document per agent, every month, without anyone assembling it.
A cover page and contents, a performance overview with the agent's score against the period, top strengths and areas for improvement drawn from their actual calls, a parameter-by-parameter percentage breakdown, and a coaching plan written from the same evidence. Where custom parameters are configured, they get their own section.
Each report compares the current month against the previous one, per category, with the direction of travel marked. That turns a score into a trend an agent and their team lead can talk about — what improved since the last review, and what did not.
Reports are produced in bulk across every agent rather than one at a time, for any of the last six months. Where the current month is still in progress, the report is marked partial so nobody mistakes a half-month for a full one.
Each agent has a stored destination address and an optional CC list, so a report can go to the agent and their supervisor together. Delivery can be enabled per agent, or in bulk across a selection, and turned off just as easily.
Alongside the monthly agent report, Xperia can email a daily call report. Both are managed from one Reports Subscriptions screen with per-agent toggles, search and pagination, so a large floor stays manageable.

Yes. Monthly agent performance reports and daily call reports can both be scheduled to email automatically. Delivery is configured per agent, with an optional CC list so a supervisor receives a copy, and can be enabled in bulk across many agents at once.

Yes. Reports are generated in bulk across every agent for any of the last six months, rather than one agent at a time. A report for the month currently in progress is labelled partial.
Yes. Data scoping restricts a self-scoped user to their own calls and their own report, so agents can receive and review their performance without visibility of colleagues.
